From October to May, electricity is charged separately based on consumption. Les JASSINES 4 has two terraces : one facing north for summer, the other south to enjoy the sun, and a small garden. A parking space is reserved.

The swimming pool is open from June to September (sometimes earlier, but it is not heated).
