The 4 star Villa (Meublé de tourisme 2019) has been refurbished in recent years. A geothermic heating provides warm water. The house is located in an area of 12.000 sqm and is standing alone.The swimming-pool (4,5x13m) is constantly purified. The plateau is offering a privacy and a splendid view at the same time. Because of its slopes the area is ideal for children and adolescents, less for babies and very small children. Pets are not allowed. In 2016 the house was extended by an annex building, offering two more bedrooms including bathroom and wc. The house can be rented w/o annex at basic rates (occupation with max. 4 adults or 2 adults and up to 3 children), i.e. 2 bedrooms in total incl mezzanine w/o access to the annex - additional bedrooms in the annex building can be rented.
