Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).
The apartment is composed as follows
- An entrance hall leading to a vast living room opening onto a huge terrace overlooking the Erdre river.
- A well-equipped semi-open kitchen: oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine.
- A living room with sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV with internet connection and dining table.
- One bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200), fitted closets and en-suite shower room. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided, and the bed will be made up on arrival.
- The WC is located in the shower room.
Upstairs, you'll enjoy a large office area and a comfortable sofa for relaxing.
Plus: secure, covered underground parking.

Enjoy the bucolic setting of the banks of the Erdre River, right next to the Ile de Versailles and its lovely Japanese garden.
By staying at Le Fil de l'Erdre, you benefit from a privileged location. Reach the city center in 10/15 minutes on foot. Once in the city center, you can stroll through the many boutiques of Rue Crébillon or take in the majestic Opera House on Place Graslin. You can also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or discover the Cours Cambronne.

To get your stay off to a good start, we'll give you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar bags, and hand over the keys.
