3 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Baudement
The gîte l'Autre Ruche is located in a quiet village 9 km from Romilly sur Seine, just a stone's throw from the River Aube, where you can kayak, fish or just cool off. The wooden house we built is an ideal place to recharge your batteries before exploring the region: the Champagne vineyards, the beautiful medieval towns of Provins and Troyes, or the Avenue du Champagne in Epernay.
The spacious house is laid out as follows:
Ground floor: an entrance hall opening onto the dining area, the fitted kitchen with utility room, a south-facing living room opening onto a large terrace. A bedroom with a 160cm bed, a shower room and a separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, an other bedroom with 3 single beds where 2 beds can be joined together in a 180cm bed. Cot, high chair and baby bath available on request. A shower room with WC and a mezzanine with desk area and Wii games area.
Beds will be made up on arrival, and towels and tea towels are available.
Numerous board games, table tennis, badminton, boules, Molky and bicycles available.
Charcoal barbecue. The house has a 1000m2 garden with trees and flowers. The garden is not completely enclosed.
The house must be left clean, if you only wish to do the courtesy cleaning (cleaning and tidying the dishes, emptying the bins, removing the sheets from the beds) a cleaning fee of 60€ can be added on request.
