The house is modern with a new open kitchen, a wonderfully large elongated living and dining area - with a variety of sea view windows - to comfortably crown the living area, strong beams adorn the living room and there is a fireplace between the front windows facing the sea. The house has several wind-protected terraces - and an enclosed garden of approx. 3500m² and private gate with access to the sea/beach. There are 3 double rooms, 2 showers and 2 toilets available for a maximum of 6 adult guests (+max. 2 kids under 12). A beautiful modern holiday home, with an incredibly unique sea view location and then all alone and quiet - that's really breathtaking Holiday home - then a large fenced garden - a four-legged friend is also allowed - sea views from all bedrooms from the living area; several terraces for every sunny location - your own gate to the beach and sea and then a kayak or a stand-up for free use... you can only wish for wonderful and relaxing holidays.
