Welcome to our newly built home constructed in 2019, now equipped with an EV Charger and thoughtfully designed to be family-friendly ( The model is ChargePoint Level 2, 7 times faster than a standard 110V outlet. It is connected to a 240V outlet, but the charger can be unplugged from the special EV outlet at any time, allowing you to use your own charger. This charger adds approximately 30 miles (48 km) of range per hour of charging. It features a J1772 connector, compatible with all electric vehicles. The charger operates at a maximum of 40A, providing optimal charging speed ).
Our home offers everything for a comfortable stay, including a crib, stroller, car seat, high chair, Xbox and Wii gaming consoles, toys for children, social and family games, and much more.

We pride ourselves on a thorough cleaning after each guest, including washing all dishes, utensils, and cookware, whether or not they were used. Bed linens and towels are replaced with new ones every 2 months. Our deep cleaning process includes meticulous attention to every detail – we move and clean behind the fridge, stove, sofas, furniture, and bedside tables after each stay. Carpets are washed every 2 months, and our bathrooms are stocked with brand-new toiletries (shampoo, soap, lotion, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, conditioner, hand sanitizer, cotton swabs, makeup remover wipes), even if untouched by previous guests. The park is excellent for bird watching, walking, and picnicking. It also hosts six miles of mountain bike trails within a 50-acre network, making it a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts. Additional features include a community garden, a 1-acre food forest, and hard-surface trails for leisurely strolls.
