Other things to note
➞ The backyard and the pool is shared with another listing on the same lot. Please be mindful of noise levels and respectful of other guests' privacy.
➞ The pool maintenance is done every week by a professional pool man but there may be leaves or other debris from the trees to the pool. We provide net for you to pick them up yourself. After all, it's an outdoor pool.
➞ Before mailing, please ensure that the package recipient is the name of the booked guest and that it is delivered during the guest's stay. We are not responsible for receiving packages after guests check out, and guests must bear the risk of package loss.
➞ There is one parking spot on the pad adjacent to the driveway, but please do not block the driveway. If you have more than one car, please park other cars on the street.
➞ The AC is a mini-split system in each bedroom and living room. It takes around 10 minutes to start heating or cooling. The hot water runs slowly through old pipes and takes around 2 minutes to heat up. Please be patient and allow enough time for them to work.
➞ The countertop is fragile and expensive ($6,000+ in value). Please put pad under hot items to avoid damage claims.
➞ One free parking spot on the pad adjacent to the driveway (please do not block the driveway, other cars can park on the street)
