Pretty farmhouse not overlooked, facing south east, in the middle of a large mature garden, and close to all amenities and tourist sites. House built in 1836 that we have completely renovated. It is perfect for meeting with friends or for reuniting family, young and old always enjoy staying there.
The house is located at the exit of the village of Montoussé, 9 km from the A64 motorway exit (Lannemezan). Close to ski resorts, it is ideally located for quick access to major tourist sites in the region. Its immediate environment allows great walks or family hikes without the need to take the car.
Large living room kitchen and dining room, spacious and comfortable living room, bedrooms upstairs, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, one of which is separate. 4 bedrooms including a "dormitory" with 5 beds. The exteriors are planted with flowers. The south-east facing terrace is covered with wisteria, a fragrant honeysuckle and colored fabrics to protect you from the sun. You can have breakfast facing the mountains and the rising sun ... it's a very appreciable spectacle!
The house is perfectly equipped but the area does not allow an ideal Internet connection (so it is "relaxing") ... for that you will have to climb the remains of the castle just above, or go to the village square in 300m where you will easily find an honorable 4G.
The rooms are equipped with recent bedding: large 140 beds (2 people) or single beds (90).
