When booking this apartment, please be aware that you will only have access to your private section, located on the second floor. The accommodation spans two floors; the first level is Michel's, the owner's, apartment, and it serves solely as an entry point to the second floor, which will be entirely privatized for your use. The first floor should not be utilized, as indicated in the welcome booklet sent to you before your arrival to prevent any confusion.
The apartment features a spacious bedroom with two single beds, an additional sleeping area with a queen-size double bed, a shower room, a bright and fully furnished living space with a new, functional, and modern kitchen, as well as a convertible sofa.
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for professionals or companies booking accommodation for their employees.
You will stay in the carefully renovated former tobacco factory of Metz, with direct access to the city center, just a 10-minute walk from Metz Cathedral. Ideally located, you'll be within a fifteen-minute walk of Place Saint Louis, the famous 13th-century fortified landmark, La Porte des Allemands, and around twenty minutes on foot from the city's main tourist and commercial attractions. The Garrison Temple and the New Temple are cultural gems in the neighborhood. Physical check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
