This large 15th century farmhouse (190m2) which comes out of a complete renovation, on one level and facing south, is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Located in the immediate vicinity of the feudal castle of Villentrois and near the chateaux of the Loire, it is 12 km from Beauval Zoo and 8 km from Château de Valencay.
The house consists of a large entrance (separate toilet) with a real sofa bed for 2 people. This vestibule serves on one side the day part: vast stay dining room (50m2) with a functional chimney, then kitchen (entirely equipped) and office. On the other side of the entrance, the night part is composed of a corridor that serves 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with bathrooms (showers in Italian) and the third of a bathroom. All the rooms have their toilets. The rooms are modular (twin beds or double bed)
Facing the house a beautiful covered area serves as a garden dining room and can enjoy the outdoors in "almost" all seasons. Smokers can sit comfortably there.
The house has all the modern amenities of today: underfloor heating, wifi, tv, full kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, capsule coffee machine etc. (We can send you the complete list of equipment as well as additional photos). We also have good equipment baby and small child (bed, high chair, changing mat, bath etc).
