Positive: The place is quite beaufitul but definitely not a place you want to stay when its cold, rainy or during winter time ( our case in December) as there is no much to do with kids. We felt safe in our room, perhaps even too much as there is a glass door to the room ( with curtains for privacy) and an iron bars gate to be locked and windows also with iron bars. We were provided some gas heaters for the night but we didnt use it as that didnt feel too safe. The personel was very nice and the breakfast was very good The room was big ( we took one of the 2 looking to the pool) for families with kids we would recomend driving a bit further were you can find a very nice quite new resort with lots of activities and heated pool for the same price The place is very close to the activities where they do the dromedary ride and lights shows offered as "agafay desert" so thats what we did and we recommend

Negative: the entrance to the place is a quite narrow unpaved road. finishing in a weird dirty road/parking? which faces the gate to the fattoria. After ringing the bell somebody came to open not the gate for the car but some sort of iron door leading to stairs ( the place is quite high not flat) and those stairs were full of garbage bags and gargabe falling from them. Quite an impresion. We couldnt shower, no water pressure at all probably the response to this will be that if I want a proper shower we should go to a hotel and thats what we did the next day :) We didnt like that the horses were kept in such a small space. The "play area" for the small kids was non existant (there were ruins of what it probably used to be before) If you are going to have lunch or dinner in the place you need to let them know in advance otherwse the cook leaves and there is no other way to get food there.
