Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift) in an old condominium, the accommodation is composed as follows:
- A very beautiful spacious living room with the dining room on one side and on the other, the lounge furnished with a splendid library where art and literature mix. Naturally, Wi-Fi and television are available.
- An adjoining kitchen is semi-open thanks to a pass-through. It is fully equipped: combined oven, fridge with freezer, four-burner ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and many other utensils...
- Bedroom 1 with queen-size bed (160x200) and large wardrobe and hanging space.
- Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140×190) and is accessed via a small staircase. More cozy, this bedroom has a number of small storage spaces.
- A pleasant, modern bathroom with a shower and WC.
We also provide a washing machine, tumble dryer and an ironing board and iron.
Neighborhood :
Thanks to its ideal location in the center of Nantes, you can take advantage of the various events, nearby shops and pedestrianized streets.
At the foot of the building, you'll find an excellent bakery, a wine shop selling 1,000 marvels and a tasty crêperie.
What to do:
The main tourist sites, such as the pretty Place Royale and Place Graslin, are less than 10 minutes from the flat. Every Saturday morning, come and take advantage of the famous Talensac market (just 5 minutes' walk away) where all the food shops will make your taste buds salivate.
Do you like bargains? In the open air, a few hundred regulars display old objects, books, second-hand toys in the Place Viarme (5-min walk).

- Thanks to its central location, you'll be able to get around easily on either side of the city with the ‘Saint-Nicolas’ and ‘Commerce’ stops, crossing points for numerous bus lines and the 3 tramway lines.
- To get to the station from Commerce, take tram L1 (about 5 minutes' journey).
- For the airport, a dedicated shuttle leaves from ‘Commerce’ and takes you there in approximately 20 minutes.
