You are staying in the former hunting lodge of Château Hautefort. The Domaine le Manoir dates from the 17th century. L'Authentique is a real cottage full of charm and character. Typical and comfortable benefiting from a spacious terrace, a private swimming pool in the summer season and a “Nordic Bath” Spa in the heart of nature (preferred in the winter season) or in cool weather. Rural and bucolic setting! Breathtaking view of the property and it is a pleasure to walk there.
Our cottage dates back more than 500 years, we have completely restored it. Its rubble walls and old beams guarantee you a total change of scenery and a warm and cocooning atmosphere. You will also be seduced by its comfortable equipment and its meticulous decoration.
On the first level is the living/dining area, a beautiful and large fully equipped open kitchen, a small bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. The main room is equipped with a pellet stove for cool evenings.
Upstairs you will discover a splendid suite with exposed beams and original parquet flooring, with bathroom and separate toilet. A 1-seater convertible sofa can accommodate an additional child.
From your large private terrace you will discover a magnificent view of the verdant 10ha estate.
We are pleased to welcome you all year round, to the rhythm of the seasons. The Domaine offers a privileged place for those looking to recharge their batteries during vacation, a romantic getaway or a moment of sharing with friends. For the summer season you benefit from a privatized and secure outdoor swimming pool treated with salt, with garden armchairs and sunbeds.

You can walk freely on the estate, but also the many forests, paths behind the house and the surroundings offer beautiful, peaceful hiking trails. Your children can go in search of animal tracks, play hide and seek and enjoy the outdoor spaces. We offer pony rides with Univers our shetland.
The property is made up of huge blue fir trees, meadows, forest land and many fruit trees that can be picked freely depending on the season.
The estate has 2 cottages, each with its own space and private swimming pool. Possibility of 9 beds if you come with a large family or with friends.
Swimming pools open in season and depending on the weather from June 1 to September 30.
The swimming pool is exclusively dedicated to you during your stay and has an outdoor entertainment area.
The best means of transport is the car. You benefit from a free space to park your vehicle.
Access to the estate is very simple near the A89 linking Brive to Bordeaux.

Descent of the Vézère by canoe kayak... In the summer season, the Périgord Noir is full of entertainment and festivities.
Sarlat-la-Canéda is 43 km from the accommodation, while Brive-la Gaillarde is 47 km away. The ancient town of Périgueux, capital of the Dordogne is 24 km away.
