With 2 fireplaces (decorative only), a row of cabinets and a period clock.On the ground floor also, in the lean-to, an 11 m2 bedroom, a bathroom (sink + shower), the entrance hall of the house (in granite paving), a toilet and the 'Ty-Vorn' living room (11 m2), room where the old oven was located (with its fireplace).On the first floor (70 m2 in total), there are 3 bedrooms and a shower room (with 2 sinks and a shower). The large bedroom has an office area and a walk-in closet, as well as a fireplace. A second bedroom has a marble fireplace.The third bedroom is smaller and is intended for children, with a bunk bed.On the second floor (former attic), 2 spacious bedrooms at the ends and a central relaxation area.The heating uses an aerothermal heat pump with heated floor on the ground floor and cast iron radiators on the 2 floors.Outside, on the side of the entrance courtyard, a restored and secured well and the old cider press. Several parking spaces are available in this courtyard.On the other side, in front of the house, a courtyard of about 80 m2 and a lawn of about 120 m2.
