The upper floor consists of a bedroom (2 beds 90 to join if desired), a relaxation area under the slope with skylight, and a convertible sofa (single-person sofa bed). A bathroom. A freezer (with 3 lockers) is at your disposal in a technical room of the semi-open barn, with a ping-pong table, and adjoining the shared and enclosed parking. A playground including: an above-ground pool shared with other tenants (and the owners), accessible only during the summer months; a slide and trampoline will delight young and old alike.
