You won't find a better location, as baseball games at Fluor Field area 1/4 mile away and Greenville's famed Fall's Park is 1 mile away.

Our three-story town home is ready and waiting for you and your guests, with gathering spaces on each floor and 3 outdoor seating areas. Alta Novella is available for monthly rental (30 days-6 months) and perfect for those looking for their new home in the upstate, waiting on a home to be built, or in the area for an extended work trip. All utilities are included and our home is fully furnished.
*Pets are welcome to join you for your stay for a fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet.

~The First Floor~
Guests are able to park either in our small driveway, or in the ample street parking in front of our home. Upon entering, guests will find a cozy living room with a couch, love seat, plenty of plush throws, and a Smart TV (streaming only on our high-speed Wi-Fi, no cable).
This floor also houses our laundry room, which is available for guest use.
Finally, we have our first suite, a Queen room, featuring a Queen bed, small table and chair area, dresser, and full bathroom with a single vanity and a step-in tile shower.
The back of this bedroom leads to our patio, where guests can enjoy our fenced in outdoor area, complete with an outdoor dining table and chairs.
~The Second Floor~
After proceeding upstairs, guest will be on our main level, which houses a large dining room with ample seating for 10 (2 long benches, and 2 chairs). Stunning bespoke bookshelves and a gas fireplace complete the room, which is just off of our luxury kitchen.
Our kitchen features a gas range, microwave, stove, granite countertops, and all you will need to cook up a delicious meal.
A half-bath is located just off the kitchen for your convenience.
Additionally, our first of 2 balcony spaces is off of the dining area, featuring 6 padded rocking chairs-- a perfect place to converse with friends.
Finally, this floor features our second bedroom, the Master Suite.
Our Master Suite has a King bed, a small seating area for two, and a large, luxurious bathroom.
Our bathroom has its own toilet closet, two vanities, a large walk-in closet (hangers provided), and a jacuzzi soaking tub/shower combination.
~The Third Floor~
Our third and final floor was designed with a younger crowd in mind. The stairway leads up to another living space, where we have included a desk area for those who may need to work from home. This hallway leads to our "Movie Room," boasting leather reclining couches and chairs, and plenty of floor cushions for the whole family to snuggle in to watch together.
The bookshelves surrounding the TV contain fun games and puzzles for the entire family.
Off of this living space is the second balcony, which is smaller than the first and has 2 chairs for those who may prefer a quiet place to converse.
Our final two bedrooms are located on this floor.
The first bedroom is our King bedroom, featuring a small dresser, end tables, King bed, closet, and private bathroom with a glass door shower.
The second bedroom features two full beds and a large closet. The large en suite bathroom contains a double vanity, traditional tub/shower combination, and toilet.
With plenty of places to gather together, and for each of your guests to have their own space, Alta Novella truly has all you need for your next Greenville adventure!
We tend to allow our guests to keep to themselves, but are always a message away if needed!
We are located near downtown in a transitioning neighborhood that is quickly moving up. There is frequent foot traffic on this street, and a soup kitchen at the end of the road.
While Alta Novella is perfectly positioned for walking to Downtown, we do recommend a car for seeing the other amazing sites that Greenville has to offer. Uber is also available for a quick trip beyond the Downtown area.
Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container).
Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
No tampering with smart lock, Wi-Fi router, or ring camera.
