Welcome to this magnificent house, nestling in a green setting, which tastefully combines the old and the new.
This very spacious house is perfect for entertaining friends or family. There's room for everyone, with two living areas, a kitchen and two sleeping areas (one on the ground floor).
Just a stone's throw from the pretty chapel of Brendaouez, which regularly hosts artistic and cultural activities, and just 5 km from the great white sandy beach of Le Vougot, you'll be in the peace and quiet, while still having everything close at hand.

LAYOUT:
You enter through a corridor that leads to the first night area, with two suites (double bedrooms with a shower room and a bathroom). You then arrive in a large living room, with a dining table that can seat up to 10 guests, and a comfortable sitting area.
The kitchen is well equipped, just like at home, for gourmet cooking. Tea or coffee? Two coffee makers await you: a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso. And don't forget the kettle and teapot.
Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan mezzanine area with table football and a relaxation area. Then the hallway leads to two bedrooms: one double and one with three single beds (which can be combined into a double on request). There is a bathroom on the first floor.
In the garage, sports enthusiasts will find a table tennis table.
GARDEN :
The house is accessed via a path leading to a large courtyard.
A pretty wooden terrace is located on the garden side, with its Zen layout, to accommodate your lunches, and moments of relaxation, in harmony with nature.
A jacuzzi area has been installed in front of the house (except in winter).
SURROUNDINGS:
The house is located in a charming green setting, in the countryside, a stone's throw from the chapel of Brendaouez.
The nearest beach is Plage du Vougot, in Plouguerneau. It is 5km away. It's a large, white sandy beach with a good reputation, and it's great fun to walk along. After 8pm, you can even go horse-riding!
