The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, less than a kilometre from the beach, can accommodate up to 12 guests (6 adults and 6 children/adolescents maximum). Situated on three levels, it comprises an attractive 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 50 m². We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the first floor:
- A large living room of 50 m² with TV, Wifi, sofas, fireplace and dining area
- A kitchen, open on the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A laundry room with washing machine
- A shower room with shower and suspended toilet
On the second floor :
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an adjoining bathroom with bathtub
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and a cot
- A bedroom with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2). The two single beds can be joined together to form a double bed (160x200).
- A bathroom with shower and double sinks
- A separate toilet
On the second floor :
- A large room of 50 m² dedicated to children with a dormitory space composed of 6 single beds (80x200) and a living room space with corner sofa and TV
For even more comfort : high chair, multifunctional food processor, raclette and fondue machine (in the technical area), ironing board and iron.
Outside :
- An enclosed and private outdoor space of 50 m² with a wooden terrace facing east/west and synthetic lawn. Garden furniture is at your disposal to enjoy the nice days, a barbecue is also available.
The house is ideally located in Pénestin, in the center of town, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... The beach is accessible on foot and by bike. During July and August, there is a big market in the town center on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
