The house is located in the heart of Carnac-Plage, in the immediate vicinity of everything, 50m from the beach, 100m from the sailing club, thalassotherapy and shops. The entire main part of a semi-detached villa, completely independent of its twin and the apartment on the ground floor, large flowery terrace hidden from the road by a high wall and a large gate.
