Summary: Great facilities, but let down by unprofessional night staff Overall, we were satisfied with the cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. However, we had a major issue with the night receptionist. We stayed in a ground floor room, and it was impossible to sleep because the female staff member at the reception was watching loud videos and talking to her friends on the phone all night. It took us a few days to realize the noise was coming from her, and I eventually had to warn her. A receptionist should be welcoming and professional. During check-in, she was reluctant, grumpy, and didn't provide any information about the room or facilities unless we specifically asked. Also, the shower design in the bathroom is problematic; water accumulates on the wrong side due to an inadequate cabin system. While the hotel itself is good, the lack of hospitality and the noise from the staff was disappointing.
