Situated on the edge of Provencal village of Flayosc, in the Var, just over 1 hour from Nice airport by car.
From the villa you have an easy walk into the village where you will find a host of local amenities (bars, restaurants, mini market, pharmacy, post office and weekly Provençal market) and a wonderful bakery.
Spacious interior with a large living space opening onto the pool area. The kitchen, dining area/lounge are open plan with an L shape sofa and bar table with stools for 6, the room is fitted with Air Conditioning. There is a walk in larder cupboard with washing machine and second fridge freezer.
There is a mezzanine above the lounge which can be used as a third bedroom although we use it mainly as an office space. It is equipped with a double and single bed.
Upstairs there are two good size bedrooms, both with air conditioning, a bathroom, shower room with toilet and downstairs toilet, both with sinks.
There is fibre Wifi and internet french TV and UK freeview.
Outside is terraced, the pool is 8m x 4m x1.5m depth throughout, it has internal steps and an alarm.
Please Note:
The house is on the edge of the village so there is some road noise, which we don't notice however think we should mention.
For anyone with severe allergies, we do have our dog living with us when we are in residence.
