From there, stairs lead to the spacious main living level, where you’ll find an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area along with a convenient half bath. The dining table seats six comfortably and flows into the inviting living room, furnished with a couch, loveseat, accent chair, ottoman, and a large smart TV. Sliding glass doors span the length of the living room and open to a private balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the Gulf breeze. Please note, there is no elevator for access and stairs are required throughout.
