As soon as you enter the apartment, you enjoy the space and the brightness. Located on the 7th floor (8 floor building with a spacy elevator), each room is equipped with a plate glass window which gives fantastic light even if the weather is not sunny. From one bedroom, living/dining room and the kitchen you can see the sunrise and from the main bedroom located in the back on a quiet court, the sunset with a unique view of the Invalides dome.
For your daily shopping and grocery, everything is within 3 mns walking distance: a bakery with its popular fine apple tart; a fruit and vegetables grocer; one of the best Parisian cheese shops; a wine shop; a dry-cleaner's; pharmacies; a frozen food shop; a city supermarket which deliver your purchases to your home within an hour. Doing your daily shopping is convenient and quick and you can get warm croissants every morning. You also can try the typical farmers’ market from Breteuil and the organic market on Sunday morning on boulevard Raspail.
Many nice, small, Parisian restaurants with affordable prices are also very close in case you decide to eat out while still being in the neighbourhood .
On the same street, within a 3 minutes walk is the famous Grande Epicerie and the luxury store Le Bon Marché (M° Sèvres Babylone). With them, you enter in the heart of the Saint Germain area.
With its 94 m2 (1012 sq feet), the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable living /dining room, a main bedroom with a queen size bed with a direct view of the Invalides dome, two bathrooms, and a second big sized room with another queen size bed (top mattress quality) + a large single bed, and a view of Montparnasse tower. You can therefore very confortably sleep up to 5 people. In case you are 6, we have a very confortable single thick air bed and, in option, two additional comfortable inflatable mattresses which are perfect for children. Everything you need is in there. Household appliances and hifi are brand new. Full closets and cupboards let you keep your clothes neat and tidy.
The apartment doesn’t need air conditioning because there is very good cross ventilation: 7th floor, both sided and no vis-à-vis.
The apartment is located exactly at the border between the 7th and the 6th arrondissement which makes the location absolutely unique, accordingly to what all the guest said.
