Positive: I arrived soaking wet on my bike, the host kindly lit the pellet burner and dried me out. It's out in the sticks but the host made me dinner(at a cost). Bike is parked safe, room is small but dark and quiet. Grounds are nice and would be lovely in summer.

Negative: It's out of the way.
