Positive: This small studio is at the back of the main building, quiet and private, well equipped kitchen, ensuite with a good shower, loft bedroom but not suitable for those with any mobility problems, stairs need caution. Comfortable bed, good wifi. Outside deck nice for breakfast or drinks in the evening. Hosts were easy to contact, keys in the lockbox. Safe, on-street parking is no problem, no hourly limitations either. Short walk to an interesting shopping precinct. There's a huge Super U in town for food shopping. Gerardmer has some beautiful roads up into the hills - it is not just the lake you should visit. We could easily spend a week here.

Summary: Great apartment in a lovely town- easy to stay a week here.
