This two-room apartment, livingroom, bedroom and kitchen can accommodate 4 people in comfort. It is calm, clear, located 12 minutes from the Metro line 1 and RER line A and Tramway to the Porte de Versailles. Our nearest station is 'La Défense Grande Arche'. Courbevoie is ranked in the Top ten greenest cities of France. The municipal car park is under our Residence as well as a shopping center with a Carrefour Market, many shops, hairdressers, restaurants, pool and ice rink etc ... The apartment is on the 15th floor of a 19 storey building with a large forum around and several parks for children, well equipped. Two elevators serve this apartment. This residence is located in the very green and touristic area of Courbevoie City heart, a safe area. The building has a digicode and 24H / 24H guards. The apartment is comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, with a 180 ° view towards Paris. The bedroom has a double bed very comfortable 160. A cot is provided on request. The couch Diva (140) in the livingroom can accommodate 2 people. The Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees is one RER station in our neighborhood, the Concorde is 15 minutes and the Louvre is 20 minutes Obligatory deposit of 400 euros to be given directly to the owner before the arrival.
