Welcome to this lovely 38 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue de la Clef in the heart of the Latin Quarter. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The flat has a shower room en-suite to the bedroom, with both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A combination washer-dryer is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.
