Looking for a warm home in a peaceful area of Concarneau? L'Eugénie is a large house on private land of 700 m2, with trees, with private parking spaces. Everything can be done on foot (bakery, takeaway pizzas, grocery store, fishmonger, post office, bank, pharmacy, tobacconist, cafes, restaurant, creperie), accessibility to the city center by boat (5min crossing) which will drop you off at the one of the entrances to the walled city, an essential historical site of our blue city. At the end of the street, the sea, the beach and the corniche to enjoy beautiful walks. Nearby you will find: swimming pool, tennis, sports courses…
On the ground floor, you will have a spacious, bright living room/living room with direct access to the terrace and the garden, sheltered from view, where you will fully enjoy the sun. A table with 2 benches, a parasol, a deckchair, etc. will be at your disposal outside, on the ground floor, a toilet, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a laundry room will make your stay easier.
