We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Bénodet, this charming duplex, at 50 meters from the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open equipped kitchenette, a nice bedroom, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a private terrace and a shared garden of about 300 m². The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor of the duplex :
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (2 beds for children) and dining area.
- An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A shower room with WC.
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an adjoining shower room.
Outside :
- A terrace of 6.25 m² facing south, sea view with furniture to enjoy the nice days.
Common area:
- A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. from April to late September (heated only from late May to mid-September).
- A shared garden within the residence.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Animals accepted on request, please specify when booking, for an extra charge of 15€.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
