The spacious holiday home is surrounded by greenery, woods and fields, five kilometres from Mèzos. The location is extremely quiet and there is little traffic.

There is a dining room with a corner bench and dining table, a radio and a trendy beanbag. A chemineé with a smooth door rounds off the cosy living ambience. The second living room has a corner sofa with coffee table, an antique desk and a chest of drawers with 3 drawers. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge plus freezer compartment, a four-burner gas hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee machine, a small oven/microwave and a kettle. There is a modern bathroom with an Italian shower, large washbasin and a towel dryer with fan heater.

Shopping facilities can be found in the nearest village of Mèzos, about five kilometres away, or you can drive to Morcenx, where you can buy all your daily necessities. In Lit-et-Mixe, approx. eight kilometres away, there is a larger supermarket and a launderette. Surrounded by woods and meadows and with very little traffic, this holiday home is the perfect base for hiking and cycling tours. Activities such as pony riding, canoeing and quad biking can be undertaken in the surrounding area and in just 15 minutes by car you can be on the coast of Aquitaine, which offers plenty of space to sunbathe and play, even in high season, with its famous, long sandy beaches.
