The Maison Gratte-Ciel is located in the heart of the lively Villeurbanne district and features a beautiful 60 m² private garden, calm and tree-lined. You can park your bikes on the designated rack (please bring your own lock).
The Gratte-Ciel metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, providing quick access to Lyon’s Presqu'île, including the famous Place Bellecour (20 minutes), the chic 6th arrondissement, and La Part Dieu (train station and shopping center) – Les Halles Paul Bocuse-Auditorium de Lyon. Small shops within walking distance: Boulangerie Pâtisserie Jacquier, Ninkasi Gratte-Ciel, Carrefour.
The studio is located on the ground floor of the Maison. Please note, there are 3 small steps to access it, and there are a few steps inside leading to the bathroom.
