Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was great, by the ferry arrival point. The room was clean. Staff at the restaurant were pleasant and helpful. Dinner was good although limited choice.

Negative: The room was very basic. For the price we paid it would have been nice to have a kettle, cups. Not even a water glass. Check in info was very limited. We got off the ferry and had to just stand around til someone appeared. No info in the room. Had to ask other guests for WiFi password. The most odd thing was paying for our stay. There was nobody to pay on departure as the bar was closed that day. We asked the cleaner and we're told we would get a bill. The bill never arrived. I sent emails and a WhatsApp message and 3 weeks later we got the invoice. I do wonder if it would have ever been sent if I hadn't chased this.

Summary: Lovely place, rather disorganised
