Welcome to our lovely family home in Commequiers, with its modern decor, garden and heated swimming pool in summer.
Enjoy your stay in Commequiers, 15 km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, and 9 km from the beaches of St Hilaire de Riez. Commequiers is a small village famous for its castle, and for its 14 km bike rail course.
This 120m² single-storey apartment can accommodate up to 7 people, and has a garden for fine weather.

Please note The pool is open and heated to 28°C from June to September, depending on weather conditions. If temperatures are too cool, the pool cannot be heated.
For your parking, you can park 2 to 3 vehicles in front of the house or along the sidewalk.
PLEASE NOTE: As the house is located in a residential area, parties and late nights are strictly forbidden in order to respect the site and the neighboring dwellings.
For security reasons, the house is equipped with a remote surveillance system on the street side.
