Positive: I'm honestly sad I cannot give a better score, because this property has some very good points. It's of decent size, well equipped, and in a good location with multiple supermarkets as well as a bus and metro station close by.

Negative: The mattress! Other reviewers have pointed this out before me, and I can only agree - this was easily the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on, I would even go so far as to call it a health hazard. PLEASE replace it as soon as possible. Other negative points: - no blackout curtains (the existing blinds don't close all the way, and light from the street lamps outside falls through the gaps right onto the head area of the bed) - thin windows plus a bar right across the street means it gets very noisy at night - bad smell in the bathroom With a new mattress and some effort the owners could easily turn this into a very pleasant place, but in its current state I really cannot recommend staying there.
