Positive: The hotel and the stay was really nice! Starting from pre-stay communication where I got all the tips about the ski rental and ski pass purchase with hotel rate that I got together with my room keys. The room was nice, I appreciate the bahtub, the bed was comfy, the view to the mountains, ski lockers, ski in, ski out - I can definitely recommend

Negative: The spa has no real changing room and is quite cold to stay outside, the sauna was not working half of my stay, the hammam was ok though but not that hot. Swimming pool very small - mainly for fun. But still having a spa was a nice option.
