Positive: Location near the CNRS/University and calanques.

Negative: Low level noise in the room from the heater (I think). Light directly outside the room so can’t sleep with shutter open. Super hot (but there a good air con if you don’t mind sleeping with it).

Summary: Good location, clean and nothing much else
