Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140x200), dressed with high-quality hotel-grade linens, along with desks and bookshelves for added comfort and functionality.
The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the first bedroom.
The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and bathtub, and you’ll also find a washing machine for your convenience.

This neighborhood now benefits from the flourishing nightlife of neighboring neighborhoods. The streets of the Canal Saint-Martin are pedestrianized for half of the day every Saturday and all day Sunday for your bike and your pleasure to walk !

From Charles de Gaulle Airport:
By train: Take the RER B towards Massy-Palaiseau, get off at Gare du Nord, then transfer to metro line 5 and exit at Gare de l’Est.
By taxi: A fixed fare of €50 applies for destinations on the Right Bank of Paris.

In case of noise or noise late at night, we will be obliged to relocate or take a portion of your deposit. thank you for your understanding There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
