This quaint Florida style cottage has a familiar charm that families will enjoy coming back to year after year. Sitting on a .25 acre lot nestled into a private fenced tree covered area ...it will allow for unwinding, relaxing and just enjoying the peaceful surroundings of an old beach town. The front entrance of the home welcomes you right away, enter into the sweet little front porch, take off your flip flops and enjoy the natural surroundings! Once inside, the open concept floorplan welcomes you. The open living room, filled with natural light, provides ample seating for you to relax. The kitchen, dining room and Sunroom which peers out over a lush landscape and a view of the birds perched on their houses. Everyone will find a cozy space to play, conversate, laugh and just be together! The Queen Bedroom on the first floor offers a private bath and access to the backyard and pool area. Travel up the custom stairwell landing and find a second floor that includes a large private master king suite with private balcony for enjoying your morning coffee. The adjoining master bathroom includes new high end finishes , a soaking tub and tiled shower. Down the hallway to the left is where the kids or teens will find their own special hideout. They will love the custom made twin bunks with reading lights and their own tv inside. The 2nd floor also offers a 2nd guest King bedroom with private bathroom and shower.
