Beautiful house with all what you need. Big kitchen fully equipped to cook your prefered dishes. Very nice garden surrounding the house for kids or adults to chill. Nice forest just 5 mins walking distance to enjoy 100% nature. 15 mins away from one of the nicest beaches. 5 mins away from main village (Ustaritz) where you can find all what you want. There is a small apartment (independent) next to the house rented the full year for that person. He is quite. Only the front garden is shared.
Max accommodation is for 7 people as follows: bedroom #1: 2 adults + 1 baby in a Toddler bed; bedroom #2: 2 adults; bedroom #3: 1 adult and 1 kid ( no adults can sleep in the upper bed (only for kids).
As said the person living in the small apartment is next to the house. You might see him when arriving to the house as his door is 3 meters away from the door of the house. But other than that you should not notice him. The front garden (the small one next to the road) is shared with him specially when he has his kid but the back garden is not shared. The back garden is where you will enjoy the terrace and garden and other things.
