For a stay in the Cévennes, we offer the rental of our lovely family house of around 160 m2 with its mature garden and its swimming pool open to nature.
Surrounded by a vast green space, the house has no opposite on either side. It is located in Potelières, 5 minutes from St Ambroix, a lovely old fortified medieval town.
The premises offer a total capacity of 6 people spread over 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed: 1 160 bed in the upstairs bedroom and 1 140 bed in each of the two bedrooms downstairs.
There is a bathroom, a shower room and two toilets. The kitchen is open to the living / dining room. A pleasant veranda, particularly in the evening, is open to the kitchen and the garden.
A library is available upstairs. All the books are obviously available for consultation on site.
Due to its size, the garden, equipped with all kinds of furniture (tables, chairs, deckchair, ...), offers several spaces, more or less shaded, to enjoy a meal or a nap outside .
A barbecue is available and the swimming pool is equipped with an alarm.
Household linen and dishes are included.
Comfort: wifi, TV lounge, washing machine, entrance by automated gate, house intrusion alarm, ...
Shops and supermarkets are located 5 km by car. The towns, Barjac and Uzès, are nearby.
Note that we have a cat, Marcello (see photo), which mainly strolls outdoors on summer days but is an integral part of the premises. He is very engaging, autonomous and friendly.
