Excellent condition with parts of respectable volumes and storage, well insulated (double glazing + electric shutters).
Ground floor: fitted kitchen (oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker ...) open to living room (TV + internet box), 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), bathroom and WC, utility room (vacuum cleaner, table and iron to redo). 20 m² terrace in front of the entrance.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with 140x190 bed, the other with 2 single beds), mezzanine, bathroom and WC.
Garage in the basement with washing machine and equipment for the garden.
1 baby chair and 1 travel cot available.
Part of the garden is paved to accommodate cars.
