The estate features a charming 100 m² Vendée farmhouse, renovated in 2023, and a spacious 200 m² barn, fully renovated in 2017, both surrounded by a private pool nestled in nature, away from prying eyes.
The farmhouse, typical of the Vendée, offers four large rooms, including three 12 m² bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. It also includes a kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilets. Each room provides direct access to a 140 m² south-facing terrace that overlooks the pool.
The barn, which can accommodate 8 people, is divided into two separate sleeping areas. Each side has two bedrooms, a bathroom, toilets, and a second living room with a central fireplace. The living areas, including the kitchen, dining room, and lounge, are south-facing and open onto a large shaded terrace.
Meals can be enjoyed outdoors under the barn's pergola or indoors around a large table, both seating up to 14 people. For families with young children, all necessary equipment is provided (changing tables, baby bathtub, high chairs).
The pool, covered and heated, is accessible from May 1st to September 30th.
