We would be happy to welcome you in our house renovated with natural materials, located in a peaceful old houses of fishermen hamlet close to a pleasant beach. Ideal for recharging and visit our beautiful Brittany.
Our house consists of an old part (stone, old fisherman's house), we have recently expanded. We renovated all with healthy and environmentally friendly materials (earth, lime, hemp ...). It is organized on two levels: ground floor, an entrance leads to a small living room (TV and bookcase with cabinet toilet) and a warm, bright living room adjoins a kitchen with access to a large garden, and a bathroom ( with bath). Upstairs, a spacious room, with, nearby, a baby room and a small corridor leading to another very large room with sea view (double bed + child) next to a bathroom ( walk-in shower, sink and toilet).
The house provides access to a large flower garden, including a vegetable (topped with strawberries and various mini fruit: raspberries, currants, gooseberries) ... Basically, a hen houses pretty chickens and a rooster ...
We intend on you, in our absence to get good fresh eggs to chicken against a bowl of beans (which we will put you to disposal) than our pullets appreciate. Our cat Tigger, very social and friendly with the children will be happy also to have company and receive your care.
Ideally located 7 minutes from St Brieuc, between the Emerald and the Pink Granite Coast, 45 minutes away, Plérin on Mer is a town lying on the seafront with a belt of 12 km of coastline, open the bay of Saint-Brieuc. It has several nice beaches. Recognized institutions make this town a particularly pleasant place where it is good to stay Pointe Roselier, Port Légué, Rosaires Beach, St. Lawrence Sea, Martin-Beach ... In summer, the animations are rich and varied in the town and around (concerts, shows, Fest Noz ...)
Our house provides access to all amenities (shops in the village of St Laurent: 3 minutes by car, bike 6), supermarket and petrol station in 4 minutes by car.
