Positive: I recently stayed at this truly beautiful property, and I have to say the space itself was absolutely magnificent. The décor, the cleanliness, and all the thoughtful touches made it feel luxurious and well cared for. You can tell a lot of intention went into making guests feel comfortable, and in that respect, I was genuinely happy with my stay.However, the only downsideand the reason this isn’t a 5star review was the experience around the late checkout. I checked in very late, and the hosts were aware of that at the time of booking. I had requested a late checkout that night, but I didn’t receive a response until much later. By the next morning, instead of granting a courtesy extension due to the late arrival, I was told I needed to check out at the regular time unless I paid an additional fee.What made the situation uncomfortable was that the request wasn’t handled until someone arrived at the door, and ultimately I ended up paying $100 just to stay one extra hour while staff waited outside the property for me to leave. It didn’t feel like much of a choice, and for the price, it definitely didn’t feel worth it.Aside from that interaction, everything about the property itself was wonderful, and I would have gladly rated it higher. If the communication and flexibility around late checkout were handled better, this would have been a flawless experience Beautiful place, excellent facilities just hoping for a more considerate interaction from staff.

It felt inconvenient, inflexible, and not worth the cost.
