An exceptional location in the Ganzeville valley, very close to Etretat in a calm and preserved setting, which allows you to combine the pleasures of hiking with the Gr21 crossing our village, fishing in summer with the river "la Ganzeville", swimming on our pretty pebble beaches, cycling, hot air balloon flights with the Aerostatics club of Fécamp, paragliding trips from Octeville on the sea to Etretat, hot air balloon flights from Goderville ……… relaxation and space are guaranteed.
For our biker friends, possibility to park your bikes in the garden on a landscaped and closed space.
Fitted out in a brick and flint house, our gîte faces south west with an enclosed, flat garden of 1,200m2 with annexes, trees, surrounded by a hedge and not overlooked, comprising: 1 tiled terrace of 66.50m2, 1 garden table with chairs and sunbeds, 1 barbecue, 1 gazebo, 1 Mölkky game, 1 gate, 1 free parking lot next to the house.

A large living room with open fireplace, 3 sofas, a coffee table, a large dining table that can accommodate 12 adults, a table football, a 169cm connected television and Dvd.

5 large bedrooms equipped with large beds of 140, 160 and 180 and or beds of 90,
