The strong point of the apartment is its location: The market and shops are a few meters away. The port is less than 20 meters away (visible from the window). The Arnerault beach is located less than 150 M.

Near the city center, a wooded area with lawns attracts many summer visitors. This beach is monitored with a rescue center in its center.
