Summary: We really struggled during our stay at this property due to several issues with the room and amenities. There was nothing provided in the room—no safe and no mini-fridge. Although having a garden view was lovely, the garden itself was very poorly maintained. We also had an ongoing issue with ants crawling around the room every day; even though the staff cleaned the room, the ants kept coming back, and there were spiderwebs in every corner. Essentials like towels and soap were missing, and there was no hairdryer in the room, though we were able to get one for free upon request. However, timing is crucial because there is no one around on weekends, and during the week, staff is only available during specific hours, making it quite difficult to get assistance. On the positive side, the property felt very safe, it has a great location up on the hill, and the parking was convenient.
