This is a typical Alsatian barn area, converted into housing 132 m2. It is located in the charming village of Cosswiller near the forest, 30 km west of Strasbourg, 15 minutes of Saverne and 20 minutes from Molsheim. This is a place of light and particularly chalheureux life, with a large open living area and a southern exposure with open views. The kitchen open to the living room, bathroom with bath, separate toilet. Heating underfloor heating included. Your car will be parked away from the barn. Washing machine, coffee maker, oven, stove and wifi are available.
Access for passengers
Full access to the house, outside of the mezzanine which has no guard rails for safety reasons. The barn offers a large sheltered space for your car, a staircase leads to dry the living area.

You will have total peace, to enjoy the quiet of the place, in full autonomy. I find myself in a neighboring house, and will be available to welcome you and introduce you to the scene. I will be at your disposal to advise you on routes, places to visit, restaurants or to explain the functioning of the house. The region and its beautiful forest being particularly conducive to hiking and mountain biking, and put at your disposal an IGN map showing the route signposted paths of the Vosges Club.
