The house has 2 levels and a full basement. On the first level, a living space of over 50m2, overlooking the large south-facing terrace and a sleeping area comprising 2 suites, one of which is a master bedroom. Upstairs, a very large room of 30m2 + bathroom which can also be a dormitory and 2 beautiful independent bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom.
All equipment and bedding are new.
The private residence, the view and proximity to the sea, the coastal path make this villa an exceptional place! The proximity to Vannes train station is also to be emphasized.
Ker Jaffrée's residence is a private site. Children can walk around the residence safely and access the beach.

Visit Vannes: Saturday morning is the market. Park in the car park at the port, then enjoy the old town from Porte Saint Vincent to the Cathedral district: pedestrian street, half-timbered house, shops, souvenirs, compulsory stop at La Biscuiterie La Trinitaine and La Belle-Iloise Conserverie . Do not leave without seeing the ramparts and its gardens.
