About this space
Take a mini vacation in our private and clean studio located in North Pacific Beach a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. This is an amazing gem situated on a beautiful corner lot In just the right location and neighborhood. We remodeled and furnished recently so everything is like brand new. Quick 5 minute drive to Birdrock/ La Jolla.
Studio is very comfortable and spacious. Bathroom, kitchenette, small dining table, TV, WIFI and parking included!
The space
Our Newly Converted Private Guest house is great for two people and allows up to 2 guests. The space is new and private, comfortable and quiet. All new bathroom fixtures, flooring, paint, ceiling insulation, granite countertops, and appliances. We hope you like it!
Inside the rental we have a microwave, coffee maker, and full size fridge. There is a queen bed which sleeps 2 people very comfortably. The owners live next door and are very friendly, and also use when they travel and vacation too. If you see John or Sonia, please feel free to say hello!
The vacation rental rules are much like a normal rental, observing quiet hours for others, limit anything down the sink and positive attitudes are ideal. We are fun and cool and hope the same, and really want you to enjoy your stay.
